Life coaching focuses on the present and future, helping you build awareness, clarity, and forward momentum. Therapy is often necessary when unresolved trauma, grief, or mental health conditions need clinical support. Coaching does not replace therapy—and in some cases, both can work beautifully together. I fully support clients seeking therapeutic care alongside coaching when appropriate.

The MIRROR Method is my subconscious-based coaching framework. We don’t just focus on goals—we uncover the “why” behind behaviors and patterns so change becomes sustainable. When you understand what’s driving you beneath the surface, you’re no longer trying to force growth through willpower. You’re making conscious choices from clarity and self-trust.​

M — Mindful Awareness

This is where subconscious coaching begins. We slow down enough to notice the pattern in real time: the trigger, the reaction, the self-talk, the avoidance.
Goal: “What’s happening in me right now?”

I — Inner Understanding

Here we identify the why underneath the behavior: beliefs, conditioning, survival strategies, past experiences, and emotional needs.
Goal: “What is this protecting me from—or trying to get for me?”

R — Responsibility with Compassion

Once the subconscious driver is understood, we take ownership without shame. This is where clients stop saying “I’m broken” and start saying “I see it—and I can change it.”
Goal: “I can be accountable and kind to myself at the same time.”

R — Reframed Choices

Now we shift from autopilot to intention. We practice new responses that match who the client is becoming—not who they had to be to survive.
Goal: “What would the aligned version of me choose here?”

O — Ongoing Integration

Subconscious change sticks through repetition, reflection, and real-life practice—not one emotional breakthrough.
Goal: “Let’s build a new normal.”

R — Rooted Self-Trust

The outcome: the client learns to trust themselves because they understand themselves. They recognize patterns early and choose consciously.
Goal: “I know me—and I choose me.”
